You will be asked to confirm your identity first. This is the fastest route and it takes effect straight away.
Email privacy@logosell.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify that the address is yours before doing anything, and we will confirm by email when it is done.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore an account afterwards. If you want a copy of your data, export it first — Settings → Export my data.
Deleting removes your account and the files you uploaded, including your identity selfie and your listing photos.
Deletion is thorough. Removing your account also removes what is linked to it — your listings, your completed deals, and any notes filed about you. We do not keep a de-identified copy of a sale or of a note about you.
What deletion does not remove is the record of moderation decisions we have taken — that an account was warned, restricted or banned, and any report another member made. Those are held as decisions we made rather than as part of your account.
Deleting your account does not lift a ban. The full schedule is in our Privacy Policy, section 14.
